The Story Behind The Bomb Diggity
The Bomb Diggity is along-running family. The Melton’s and the Robles’s are both staple of the Inez community. Both families have always given back to Inez and have made people feel right at home.
When The Bomb opportunity became available, we knew it had to be something bigger and better than just food and drinks—it was about creating a family get-together restaurant. A place where Inez friends and neighbors can share a steak or a drink, free of judgement or big-city price tags.
The Melton’s and Robles’s are proud to call this community home, and also proud to carry on the great tradition that Bomb Diggity is known for. We thank the Inez community for it’s support over the years and we hope to see each and every one of you back through our doors some day soon! Cheers!
